It depends on where you are. Our shipping times may vary. Once your order has been received, it usually takes 2-5 days for it to be processed in the shipping center. Orders processed here will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major premium carriers, and local courier partners. Every order has a unique tracking number. You will receive the number once the order has been shipped.
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately after you have made your purchase. Please also check your spam folder. You may have made a mistake when entering your email address.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently cancel orders. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can of course send it back, on your own costs. Please note our refund policy.
If you placed an order there are no changes possible.
I was not at home for my delivery If your parcel could not be delivered, we recommend the first step to contact the shipping service provider directly. This saves long waiting times if you do not receive your parcel and it is returned.
My order has been marked as delivered, but I have not received a package Please first ask your neighbors, roommates or work colleagues whether they have not received your package. In rare cases, the shipping service provider may update the shipment tracking before the order has actually been delivered. In this case, we recommend waiting 24 hours. Please contact our customer Telegram support if your package is still not with you afterwards.
We do our best to make your package findable. In most cases we have to wait for the signature of the shipping service provider. This can take up to 2 weeks.
You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package has left our warehouse. Please note our processing times.
In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged or incomplete product from us, please contact us with the following information:

Our support team will take care of finding a solution for you as soon as possible! Please only send the damaged product back if we have specifically asked you to do so.
In cases the product does not fit your needs, you can send the product back - on your own costs.

Returns & Refunds
General information After your package has been delivered, you have 14 days to return your products. The 14-day period starts on the day your package was delivered and the return day counts.
Returns If you want to send your goods back, always contact our support first. Once everything has been clarified and you still want to send your goods back, you can of course do so. Please note that you bear the shipping costs and we will not reimburse them.
As soon as we have received your return and your return has passed our quality check, we will trigger your refund within 5-7 working days. Please note that it may take another 4-6 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Refunds are made using the original payment method.
Attention: If you chose any cryptocurrency payment, then you will not be able to get any refund.
